This Privacy Policy describes how PumpMate ("the app", "we") handles your information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any of your data. Everything stays on your device.
PumpMate does not collect any personal information or business data. The app works fully offline and has a "Local First" architecture:
Since no data ever leaves your device, nothing is shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party. Restocking suggestions, demand predictions, and reports are all calculated locally on your device.
The Fuel Prices screen contains an optional button that can use your device's location to show your current position. If you choose to use it, your location is processed momentarily on your device only. It is never stored and never transmitted anywhere. You can deny the location permission and use every other feature of the app normally.
You can permanently delete all app data at any time:
Because we never receive your data in the first place, there is nothing for us to delete on any server — deletion on your device is complete and final.
Your data's security depends on your device's security. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometric lock.
PumpMate is a business management tool intended for petrol pump owners and staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and since the app collects no data, no children's data is collected either.
If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
